We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our Customer Service department in the North Region (Hannover / Hildesheim / Braunschweig area).

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform service, maintenance, and repair work on turntable ladders, firefighting vehicles, and components within the North service region and neighboring countries (up to 10%).
  • Provide training to operational and workshop personnel as well as service partners.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and service partners both nationally and internationally.
Requirements
  • Completed apprenticeship in fields such as Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Agricultural and Construction Machinery Technology, or similar.
  • Ability to work on 230/400V systems is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with technical products.
  • Firefighting-specific knowledge is desirable.
  • Driver's license Class C and willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in English language skills.
  • Competence in PC skills (MS Office).
  • Confident and customer-oriented communication skills.
