Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support to key stakeholders in hospitals and outpatient clinics within the Hemato-oncology sector to meet sales objectives.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive account strategy, identify local decision-making bodies, and take into account health policy frameworks and regional specifics.
- Evaluate the execution strategy and collaborate with your Brand team to fulfill Account objectives.
- Take responsibility for the implementation of agreed-upon initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
- Possession of a Pharma Representative license in accordance with relevant regulations, potentially complemented by a completed degree.
- Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Excel) and familiar with CRM systems. Experience in Multi-Channel Management is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, with a capacity for both independent and collaborative work, alongside a strong customer focus.
- Proficient in English.
- Willingness to travel (valid driver's license required).
