- Relevant Academic Background: Relevant academic background (e.g., Electrical Engineering) or significant professional experience in a similar role.
- Process Analysis: Proven experience in process and organizational analysis.
- Electrical Systems Planning: Extensive experience in the planning and disposition of electrical systems for data centers or other specialized properties.
- Communication and Teamwork: Independent and proactive working style with strong communication skills, team player with a high level of service orientation and hands-on mentality.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office, fluent in German and English (at least B2 level).
