Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our ALM team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions and a proven track record of driving implementation excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Implementation Services Attachment by supporting Pre-sales opportunities to grow ARR and enhance customer satisfaction through implementation excellence.
- Provide technical advisory services and mentorship for PTC partners.
- Support Field Readiness and Continuous Improvement by assisting PTC's Internal segment processes, the Partner Hub, and soliciting feedback from the field for segment considerations.
- Develop and scale implementation subject matter expertise to build offerings with Service Offer Management (SOM).
- Develop documentation to support partners as they implement PTC ALM solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide segment-specific subject matter expertise in cross-functional initiatives.
- Community Practice Evangelism: Share segment/industry-specific expertise throughout the technical community of practice, DTAS, and Service partners.
- Customer Escalation Support: Act as an advisor on escalated accounts.
- Develop and present technical presentations and customized demonstrations of PTC Codebeamer to customers, prospects, and partners.
- Organize and support technical workshops based on customers' and partners' business needs.
- Consult on potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer and partner challenges as a solution finder.
- Act as a technical project manager for customer projects, working with partners, solution centers, and R&D.
- Analyze customers' processes and PTC solution value to support the use of core product in line with best practice guidance.
- Create technical documentation, including guides, best practices, and reference materials, to empower customers to make the most of our products in a scalable and efficient way.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, working closely with the customer and our engineering teams to find effective solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of reference architectures and frameworks that enable customers to scale and optimize their use of our software.
$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
