This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leading retailer, leveraging your expertise in purchase-to-pay processes to guide our global departments and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and support initiatives to enhance collaboration among various back-office teams and operational business units, driving process improvements and increasing efficiency.
- Act as the main point of contact between our operational finance and procurement sectors and external partners, ensuring strategic integration into project processes and fostering strong relationships.
- Utilize your expertise in purchase-to-pay processes to develop, assess, and refine business processes, optimizing operational workflows and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements, resulting in increased productivity and reduced costs.
**Your Profile:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with a strong understanding of Ariba Buying and Invoicing exposure.
- Proven expertise in purchase-to-pay processes, with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate effective interaction among various internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of business requirements and the ability to develop creative solutions.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of your role, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
