Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT-System Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer base, providing technical solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Manage our customer relationships through regular communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our development team to design, plan, and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Independently handle minor but critical customer requests and support issues.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to our software.
  • Prioritize, classify, and document technical issues in our ticketing system.
Requirements
  • A degree in a related field, preferably in IT or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and good English language skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical aptitude and strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, be flexible, and open to new challenges.
  • Willingness to take ownership and demonstrate initiative.
