Job Title: IT-System Specialist

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provide technical support via various channels.
  • Manage existing client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, plan, and deliver technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Handle minor modification requests and support queries independently, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for software issues, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, utilizing analytical skills and technical knowledge.
  • Prioritize, classify, and document incidents in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Degree in IT or a related field, with a strong foundation in software development and technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility.
