About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Data Analyst to join our Sales Excellence Team in Freiburg, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting customer relationship data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analyses and create reports based on CRM requirements to identify trends, patterns, and potential business opportunities
  • Be responsible for exploring and analyzing data from various sources, including cross-functional and comprehensive business processes
  • Be responsible for analyzing and interpreting customer relationship data to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with teams across different business areas, such as Marketing and Education, to understand business processes, optimize them, and implement data-driven solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve business performance through data-based analysis and recommendations for implementation
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a degree in Business Informatics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience in data analysis and business analysis, preferably in a CRM environment
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python, and BI platforms, as well as Alteryx
  • Understanding of CRM platforms and processes
  • Self-motivated and independent work style, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present complex information effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
