About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at DKV Mobility. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our Group Accounting Manual IFRS in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex accounting matters, including the identification of necessary adjustments and the implementation of their content and technical aspects.
  • Be the primary point of contact for questions related to the topics of consolidated financial statements, IFRS, and consolidation.
  • Support the preparation of first-time and subsequent consolidations of newly acquired group companies, as well as their integration into our consolidated reporting process.
  • Develop and implement content guidelines for the consolidated financial statements, as well as work on and complete individual projects.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
  • Initial experience in the relevant field from a Big Four audit firm or a production/service company, preferably with IFRS and group accounting background.
  • A structured and analytical approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and proactive and independent working style.
  • Fluent English skills in speech and writing.
