Your Role: IT Area Management Assistant

As an integral part of the IT team, you will provide essential support to our IT Area Managers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, ensuring seamless communication and project execution within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor various deadlines, ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Serve as a communication interface between internal and external partners, facilitating effective collaboration.
  • Align with colleagues on planned and implemented process changes, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and projects, ensuring smooth execution and efficient outcomes.
  • Participate in sub-projects, leveraging your skills and expertise to contribute to overall success.
  • Document and report on project progress, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • Prior experience as an assistant is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
