Corporate Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Officer to join our team at ATOZ Services. As a key member of our corporate services team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including contract preparation, signature gathering, and document control.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing contracts, agreements, and reports
  • Coordinating signature gathering and performing due controls on collected documents
  • Preparing wire instructions for review by company representatives and ensuring due execution of payments
  • Coordinating and preparing board/shareholder meetings
  • Maintaining the shareholders' register up to date
  • Handling all legal filing at the Luxembourg Business Register (RCS)
  • Coordinating the legalizations, notarizations, and apostilles process
  • Providing administrative support to the team with the preparation of procedures regarding company secretarial services
  • Liaising with notaries and other service providers
  • Handling general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law and/or experience in a corporate services organization
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and drafting skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Confidentiality and discretion required
  • Ability to take initiatives and work proactively
  • Good command of English and French; any other language an advantage
