Technical Sales Professional for Indexable Solutions

RBC Bearings Schaublin, SA is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Representative to drive business growth in the German Territory. As a key member of our team, you will establish sales contacts, research customer needs, and develop applications for our high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their technical and manufacturing requirements
  • Evaluate product marketability and provide recommendations
  • Travel extensively to visit customers and establish long-term relationships

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience in the machine tools industry, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and German. Knowledge of French is an asset.
