Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team at bonprix Handelsgesellschaft mbH. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing new features and services for our webshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design new features and services for our webshop
  • Develop and implement new features and services using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies
  • Work closely with other developers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize new features and services
  • Contribute to the development of our tech stack and architecture

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Java software development and experience with rational databases
  • Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and web services
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as Vanilla JavaScript, Preact, Webpack, Handlebars, Babel, Sass, and Gulp
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kafka, and CI/CD tools such as Maven, Jenkins, and GitLab
  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with microservices architecture and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and other relevant databases
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms
