Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Software Developer to join our team at bonprix Handelsgesellschaft mbH. As a Fullstack Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web application, with a focus on the checkout process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new features and services for our web application, working closely with our agile development team.
  • Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration and high-quality code.
  • Participate in code reviews and pair programming to ensure best practices and high-quality code.
  • Develop and maintain our web application using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
  • Work with our data team to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Docker, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of frontend technologies like JavaScript, Preact, and Webpack.
  • Experience with build tools like Maven and Jenkins.
