Epidemic Sound is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Enterprise DACH to lead our Enterprise Sales efforts globally. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our business in the DACH region through the establishment of new accounts and customers, managing a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, and driving revenue growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the DACH region
- Manage a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the DACH region
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- 7+ years of managerial experience in sales, preferably in the tech and/or software industry
- 10+ years of complex B2B sales experience, preferably in the DACH region
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and other typical systems
