Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at MEININGER Hotels. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests
- Manage check-ins and check-outs to create best experience for our guests and optimize hotel occupancy
- Respond to guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities, and additional services
- Take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks, etc.
- Work in a team and be ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar)
- Enjoy a diverse working environment and be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day-, evening-, and night shifts
Requirements
- First working experience in the hotel or passion for HORECA industries
- Outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks
- People person, like helping others, and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests
- Team player, ready to help colleagues and tackle challenges together
- Fluent in German and English (solid A2-B1 Level), any other languages are an advantage
