**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Industry & Water segment in Kemira's Engineering & Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing major investment projects, leading and managing project teams, and delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and fit for purpose.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage project planning and implementation within the Industry & Water segment, adhering to Kemira's guidelines, standards, and procedures.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to achieve project objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage project-related activities, including feasibility studies, plant design concepts, and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with EHSQ principles and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including contractors and vendors.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, and report on project progress and performance.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, EICA, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in the chemical and/or process industry.
  • Proven track record of project management experience, with a minimum of 7 years in planning and construction of plants.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex planning environments and schedules.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, including SAP, CAD/CAE tools, MS Office, and MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to travel within EMEA, with potential periods of temporary settlement at project sites.
