We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Team Lead to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 70 employees in the pre-assembly and final assembly of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Technical and disciplinary management of the assembly team, including commissioning and ensuring quality and timely completion of orders.
- Responsibility for the operative day-to-day business of the assembly team, including control of required capacities and process flows.
- Ensuring and optimizing process flows, analyzing and eliminating disruptions in workflows, and maintaining a high level of quality awareness.
- Interface for our assembly locations and ensuring effective communication and collaboration with team members.
- Completed technical training (mechanics, electrics, or mechatronics) with further training as a master craftsman or technician, or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant practical work experience in the field of pre-assembly and/or final assembly in machine and plant construction.
- Several years of existing management experience, with a strong focus on quality, process optimization, and team leadership.
- A high level of commitment, flexibility, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as a structured and independent way of working.
