Product Lifecycle Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Ingersoll Rand. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through strategic product development and launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
- Develop and implement product portfolio strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Lead product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Pricing Strategy:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with product positioning and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure optimal pricing for our products.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and to develop pricing strategies that meet those needs.
Business Support:
- Provide technical support to sales teams and customers to ensure successful product adoption and usage.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise to stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Marketing Activities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with product launches and business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.
