Senior Business Process Expert SAP Engineering Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Process Expert SAP Engineering Finance to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our Competence Centre Finance and Controlling, you will play a crucial role in supporting the roll-out of SAP-based templates in the EMEALA/AP/NA regions, focusing on Finance and Controlling processes, structures, and settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support for the roll-out of SAP-based templates in the EMEALA/AP/NA regions, ensuring seamless implementation of Finance and Controlling processes, structures, and settings.
- Ensure the adequate definition and implementation of finance and controlling processes according to business unit needs or international accounting standards in the IT system landscape of Fresenius Medical Care.
- Support business units in relation to maintenance and improvement of finance processes, performance measurement, and structures.
- Enhance and improve projects in the area of Finance, focusing on process optimization and efficiency.
- Support the set-up of processes for Centre of Excellence Finance & Controlling, particularly in areas of General Ledger, Bank & Treasury, Tax, and Assets.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact for inSITE projects and other assigned projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Support, prepare, and conduct training of system functionalities, ensuring seamless adoption by business users.
- Analyze deviations, prepare documentation for solutions, and support with solution design, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Prepare and support test execution, ensuring thorough testing and validation of system functionalities.
- Support migration activities in deployments, ensuring smooth transition to new systems.
- Prepare and support cutover activities and activities after the go-live/hypercare period, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide support to live countries, investigating issues, and providing posting logic, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain structures and sets in the system according to requirements, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Manage other projects and project teams in the area of Finance, ensuring effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- 8-10 years of experience in IT, operational finance, accounting, or controlling.
- 8-10 years of experience in the usage of SAP finance and controlling modules and understanding of basic finance concepts.
- S/4Hana knowledge required.
- Good knowledge in working on international ERP projects.
- Understanding of cross-domain and cross-functional processes (End-to-End).
- Understanding and sound knowledge of SAP FI CO Modules.
- Good knowledge in international accounting standards for group companies (IFRS).
- Excellent communication skills, social skills, and open-mindedness.
- Highly developed and proven organizational skills as well as analytical skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
