About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our IT Product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust software solutions that align with our business goals and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement software solutions that meet our business needs and technology strategy.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices and quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
  • Support and train junior developers to help them grow their technical skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to our goals.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our software systems.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
  • Knowledge of software architecture patterns and best practices.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java and frameworks.
  • Experience with microservices, and containerization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-reliant and able to make independent decisions.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Team player with a joyful approach to work.
