Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Manager, der unsere Beherbergungsbetriebe erfolgreich leitet und unsere Gäste mit höchstem Service verwöhnt.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für den Ablauf in unseren Beherbergungsbetrieben
  • Führung und Entwicklung deines Teams
  • Kooperation mit dem Headoffice und externen Dienstleistern
  • Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Reibungsloser Ablauf für Accounts Receivable/City Ledger und Vorbereitung von Geschäftsvorfällen
  • Projektverantwortung und -umsetzung
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Rooms Division mit Führungsverantwortung
  • Erfahrung im Backoffice eines Beherbergungsbetriebes
  • Engagement, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Talententwicklung und -förderung deiner Mitarbeitenden
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • MS Office und Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
