Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Requirements Engineer, der sich auf die Definition und das Management von Anforderungen in komplexen IT-Projekten spezialisiert hat. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Gestaltung ihrer Kerngeschäftsprozesse in der digitalen Welt.

Deine Rolle

Als Requirements Engineer bist du das Bindeglied zwischen unseren Kunden, Fachabteilungen, Software-Architekten und Entwicklern. Du bist für die Begleitung der Kundenanforderungen von der Ermittlung bis zur Übergabe qualifiziert. Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Das Requirements Engineering in komplexen IT-Projekten
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleitungen für das Anforderungsmanagement
  • Die Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachabteilung und IT
  • Die Gestaltung fachlicher Architekturen
  • Die Coaching von Anforderungsteams unserer Kunden
  • Die Vorbereitung, Moderation und Bewertung von Kundenworkshops
  • Die Unterstützung bei fachlichen Abnahmen

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Abschluss
  • Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung in der IT-Beratung oder anderen branchennahen Bereichen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Anforderungsmanagement und Anforderungsdefinition in komplexen Softwareprojekten
  • Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung (EPK, BPMN), der natursprachlichen Anforderungsdefinition (Use Cases, User Stories) sowie der modellbasierten Anforderungsdefinition (UML)
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft
