Senior Staff Engineer IC Validation Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer to join our IC Validation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating, validating, and characterizing high-performance optical and mixed-signal sensors and subsystems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and validate high-performance optical and mixed-signal sensors and subsystems, including ADCs, DACs, high-linearity amplifiers, LDOs, and temperature sensors.
  • Develop and implement validation concepts for high-performance mixed-signal integrated circuits.
  • Design and implement test setups for sensor evaluation, including electrical, optical, and spectral measurements.
  • Prepare and document validation plans, reports, and compliance documents.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop validation requirements specifications.
  • Analyze and document evaluation results, and prepare compliance reports.
Requirements
  • Master's or Diploma degree in electrical engineering or microelectronics.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IC validation and measurement techniques.
  • Experience with National Instruments test equipment and relevant CAE tools.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and passion for high-performance sensor systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
