Your Role in Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in our HR Strategy and Innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in various global strategic projects focused on HR Strategy and Innovation, gaining hands-on experience in project management within a global Group.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
  • Support the project team in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile:
  • You are currently enrolled as a student, preferably in a field related to business administration, human resources, or project management
  • You have a high willingness to learn and a proactive attitude
  • Your analytical skills help you to draw logical conclusions
  • Your structured way of working makes you a talented organizer and time manager
  • You are confident in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • You are a team player with the ability to work independently and take on responsibility
  • You have good communication skills, business fluency in both written and verbal German and English
