Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Office Assistant (m/w/d) to join our team at jobtimum GmbH in Hamburg. As a key member of our project team, you will provide administrative support to our project managers and ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining project records.
  • Coordinate project logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting, including preparing invoices and tracking expenses.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including creating Gantt charts and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Relevant education and experience in project management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • German language skills (C1 level or higher).
