Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly qualified Director, Evidence Generation, Statistical Innovation to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving statistical innovation and developing efficient study designs and analyses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biostatistics and experience in collaborating with statistical teams, other functions, and external experts to develop and implement innovative methods in clinical studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement statistical methodology initiatives
- Conduct statistical research and collaborate with statisticians to assess and implement complex study designs and ad-hoc analyses
- Provide training and coaching to statisticians and non-statistician colleagues
- Develop partnerships with academic centers and oversee internship programs
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will allow the candidate to make a significant impact on our company's success.
