Support Our Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work. As an intern, you will work closely with our Founders and management to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support annual planning and strategy processes, including documentation and implementation
  • Develop and maintain new management and governance documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Draft and update internal documentation, as well as prepare presentations for management
  • Provide project management support to our corporate governance and strategy workstreams
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and functions across Scalable GmbH to provide templates and guidance on governance-related deliverables
Requirements
  • Currently studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, or equivalent
  • First experience in project management activities
  • Strong interest in navigating the German regulatory landscape
  • Initial knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. BAIT, MaRisk, etc.)
  • Strong interest in compliance, governance, and controlling topics
  • Ability to work detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • First experience in reviewing and writing governance documentation for regulated firms
  • Concise verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Minimum duration of the internship: 3 months
