Amplifon Career Opportunity
We are seeking a Hearing Care Master with Store Management to join our team at Amplifon Deutschland GmbH in Eckental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Store: Manage the store through effective staff management, transparent communication, and expertise to drive success.
- Store Performance Monitoring: Ensure the store's success by monitoring key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions.
- Customer Solutions: Provide individual solutions in service-oriented sales and advisory conversations to meet customer needs.
- Sales and Advisory: Implement sales routines and create an exceptional customer experience through expert advice and product knowledge.
- Store Development: Develop the store long-term by collaborating with customers' ENT doctors and identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Education and Training: Completed training as a Hearing Care Master.
- Customer Focus: Customer-oriented with sales and advisory skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication, persuasion, and empathy skills to work effectively in a team and drive success.
- Organizational Skills: Organized, flexible, and responsible to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
