Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to lead our team in Eckental as a Hörakustik-Meister with Fachgeschäftsleitung.

About the Role:

• As a Hearing Care Professional, you will be responsible for managing your store, leading a team, and driving business growth through excellent customer service and sales strategies.
• You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and implementing effective sales processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and you will be expected to provide personalized solutions through service-oriented sales and consultation.
• You will be responsible for developing and implementing local business strategies, working closely with our customers and healthcare professionals to drive business growth.

About You:

• You will have completed your training as a Hörakustik-Meister and have a strong background in hearing care and sales.
• You will be customer-focused, enjoy sales and consultation, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You will be a team player, with a strong ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the success of the business.
• You will have a high level of flexibility and be able to adapt to changing business needs.
