About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Application Developer to join our team at VR Smart Guide GmbH. As a senior mobile engineer with experience in react native, you will develop our FinCheck application further, by adding new features, supporting the web version and closing the gap with the other products of the company such as the Partner Portal and a Bookkeeping tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Scalable Mobile Applications
  • Develop applications, libraries and extensions
  • Write automated tests
  • Conduct code reviews
  • Manage the mobile application releases
  • Ensure processes are well documented
  • Foster improving processes and implementing technologies to improve the development flow
  • Enable other teams to reuse common components across the different platforms
  • Stand by API requirements that serve both, app and web
  • Raise awareness of shared APIs and codebase
  • Stand for code quality and best practices
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills and the ability to drive results
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering or relevant proven experience
  • At least 4 years of experience as a mobile engineer and a minimum of 2 years of experience with React Native
  • Experience working with Typescript
  • Deep understanding of API's
  • Experience in react native ecosystem
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
