Rope Access Specialist

RTS Wind AG, a leading provider of wind energy maintenance and repair services, is seeking a skilled Rope Access Technician to join our team at our Paderborn location.

Job Summary:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of rotor blades to identify areas requiring repair or maintenance.
  • Perform direct repairs of damages, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Inspect blade surfaces and conduct internal checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Test lightning protection systems to guarantee the integrity of our wind turbines.
  • Document work results and provide detailed reports to our back office team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in surface coating and plastics processing is highly desirable.
  • Certified Rope Access Technician with Fisat or Irata certification and prior rope work experience.
  • Valid driver's license, Class B or BE.
  • Ability to work at heights and willingness to travel for assignments.
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
