About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Internal Controls Specialist to join our team at GROHE AG. As a key member of our Internal Controls Team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of internal control testing material, tracking status, and preparing reminders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the preparation of internal control testing material and remediation forms
  • Involved in the identification of annual controls, prepare and send-out testing files and status tracking
  • Support in implementing control changes
  • Support in the preparation of training material for workshops
  • Support in setting up a data environment by downloading and providing required data from databases, upload and design required forms in Google and set up a Google Environment for Internal Controls and J-SOX

About You:

  • You are studying economics, finance, IT or a comparable course of study
  • You have good knowledge of the common MS Office applications Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have good communication skills in English and German language
  • You are characterized by an independent way of working, high flexibility and a strong ability to work in a team
  • Preferred qualification: Through internships or working student activities, you have ideally already gained some relevant experience in the area of internal controls
