Global Brand Communication Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Brand Communication to join our Marketing team at Remote. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand communication strategies that align with our overall marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement brand communication strategies that align with our overall marketing and business objectives. Define the brand's unique value proposition and positioning in the market. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and communications.
- Messaging and Content Creation: Create compelling and coherent brand messages that resonate with target audiences. Oversee the development of content, including press releases, website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure internal stakeholders are aligned with our communication strategies and messaging. Develop internal communication programs to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Media Relations and Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Develop and execute public relations campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Social Media: Oversee our presence on social media platforms. Develop and implement strategies for digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for brand communication activities and campaigns. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and ROI.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and train in the Brand and Communications team. Establish team goals and ensure performance aligns with these goals.
