Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategist to join our 26-strong strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will analyze societal trends, corporate and marketing strategies, and develop concepts for the management of international corporations and medium-sized companies or start-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic brand positioning and architecture
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create innovative brand experiences
  • Coach trainees and juniors in brand strategy and implementation
  • Participate in weekly knowledge exchange sessions, such as the Strategy Breakfast
Requirements
  • Completed studies in economics or communication sciences
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in brand strategy, innovation consulting, consulting, and experience design
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, with a passion for brand processes and implementation
  • Experience in workshop conception and moderation, as well as effective communication in German and English
