Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our offshore service team as a Service Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical maintenance and repair of wind energy systems, including electrical equipment and communication systems.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wind energy systems, including electrical equipment and communication systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure system integrity and safety.
- Collaborate with the service team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Document all work activities and quality control measures using our software system.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Relevant technical degree or certification in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance or repair, preferably in the wind energy industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
