At Siemens Gamesa, we're shaping the future of green energy. As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our offshore wind turbines, ensuring they operate at peak performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance procedures on North Sea offshore wind turbines without supervision
  • Identify and troubleshoot common, reoccurring, and major component faults on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Provide on-job qualification training and evaluate competency and quality for troubleshooting procedures
  • Lead small teams and ensure safety, competency, and productivity
  • Keep records, maintain documentation, and report technical and safety issues

Your Qualifications:

  • Electrical education or training (according to German regulations)
  • Several years of experience in the wind sector, preferably offshore
  • Offshore ready according to GWO standard
  • Advanced understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Proactive and independent work style
  • Team player with flexibility in regards to shift work and site location
