We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Johanniter Seniorenhäuser GmbH. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Performing daily care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, in a safe and respectful manner.
- Assisting with medication administration, as directed by nursing staff.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity.
- Participating in resident care planning, including identifying and addressing individual needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
- Basic computer skills, with experience using digital care documentation systems an asset.
