As a Frontend Development Team Lead, you'll play a crucial role in our Frontend Team, driving the development of our WebApp and MobileApp. Your expertise will ensure seamless user experiences, and your leadership will empower your team members to thrive.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the Frontend Team, fostering a collaborative environment and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop and maintain our WebApp and MobileApp, ensuring they meet the highest standards of user experience and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical and organizational innovation.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on people management and front-end development.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, with a track record of success in front-end development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, with a passion for collaboration and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
