At ALPS ALPINE, we're seeking a highly motivated Electronics Specialist to join our Systems Engineering Team. This role will provide the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our company.

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate different technologies in cellular, NB-IoT, and sub giga based communication standards
• Support the selection process for MEMS, focusing on ultra-low power use cases
• Collaborate with the Engineering Team on R&D and prototyping, focusing on ML
• Evaluate various indoor tracking solutions, including BLE, UWB, sub giga, and WiFi
• Prepare reports and presentations on your findings and results

Your Profile

• Enrolled as a master student in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related studies
• Hands-on experience in hardware development and a basic understanding of digital hardware design, including modeling and simulation
• Familiarity with C and Python
• Proficient in presenting, reporting, and handling Microsoft applications like PowerPoint and Excel
• An organized working style coupled with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Eagerness to learn new things and take on new challenges
• Intercultural and communication skills
• A good command of English
• Availability for at least 1 year, working 20 hours per week, on-site
