Export Control System Manager

At Vitesco Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Export Control System Manager to join our central Export Control team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our internal compliance program by developing improvement measures and standardizing processes worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as an interface between the Export Control department and various stakeholders to automate export control processes and develop effective IT solutions.
- Manage and oversee the implementation and updating of export control requirements and provisions in our group-wide Export Control IT solution.
- Identify Export Control relevance of IT architecture, processes, and IT solutions and define Export Control requirements to ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement company-wide guidelines and standards for IT solutions related to Export Control processes.
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of data analytics and risk analysis tools.
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in Export Control and Sanctions regulations, with a focus on German, European, and international export control and sanction law.
- Professional expertise in concept development of export control measures and controls for subsequent implementation in SAP systems and Export Control IT tools.
- Very good knowledge of SAP and data analytics.
- Business Fluent German and English language skills spoken and written.
- Very good MS office 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
