About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Senior Fullstack Developer to join our Client Access & Digital Experience team at Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new React features in our web application, handling relationships with backend developers and API design as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to provide accessible and user-friendly UX.
  • Contribute to design decisions regarding the future of the application and platform.
  • Mentor junior team members and implement SDLC best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in fullstack development, including Java, Spring Boot, ORM, and cloud experience with GCP.
  • Proficiency in semantic HTML, modern CSS, and common security threats (OWASP Top 10).
  • Expert-level JavaScript knowledge, including vanilla and DOM.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming, web networking, and cryptographic concepts.
  • Familiarity with Web Accessibility (WCAG 2.x specifications).
  • Verifiable Open Source contributions and/or involvement in the frontend community.
  • Robust English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.
