We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join our team at AUNDE Group SE. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects that align with our company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage cross-functional and complex IT projects
- Develop and manage project budgets and reports
- Ensure successful project delivery within time, budget, and quality constraints
- Prepare and initiate projects, define scope, and structure
- Clarify and align project requirements with business stakeholders
- Manage stakeholders, analyze stakeholder needs, and communicate project information
- Plan projects, define work packages, and identify dependencies
- Lead and manage cross-functional IT projects
- Identify integrated themes and dependencies between projects and workstreams
- Prepare, conduct, and moderate project workshops
- Prepare and make decisions within the project
- Conduct status meetings
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and technical/business applications
- Good understanding of ERP systems and IT landscapes
- Structured, methodical, and solution-oriented working style
- Analytical thinking combined with strong communication skills
- Conceptual and goal-oriented thinking
- Team player with organizational skills
- High level of initiative, commitment, flexibility, and willingness to travel
- Excellent knowledge of German and English languages (written and spoken)
