Job Summary:
We're seeking a Senior Solutions Implementation Consultant to lead our customers through their digital transformation projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for defining client-specific solution architectures, analyzing requirements, and implementing solutions with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting and implementation projects for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Define client-specific solution architectures for ALM, focusing on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as required
- Analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement them with the help of cross-functional teams
- Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes
- Design standardized solution components as part of the Services portfolio
- Support the further development of methods and strategies of PTC Customer Success in ALM
- Identify potential new projects with customers and support acquisition of this new business
- Provide technical support for sales and marketing activities for strategic customers in Europe
Requirements:
- Education in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science (Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in business processes or IT consulting, e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer, or technical Project Manager
- Able to work autonomously and focus on goals
- Customer experience or customer service-oriented
- Experience in conducting and managing workshops
- Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing Codebeamer
- Knowledge of IT architecture related to ALM (client-server, cloud, SaaS,...), software development, interface, and web technologies, and database systems
- Understanding of Digital Thread
- Specific ALM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, automotive supplier industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering, etc.
- Prior experience with Windchill RV&S, Codebeamer, IBM DOORS, systems engineering, model-based systems engineering is a plus
- ASPICE certification is a plus
- Business fluent English is a must, German/French is a plus
- Will to travel
