Evening Service Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Evening Service Leader to join our team at the Flagship Store in Brunswick. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for customer service, consistently exceeding our high standards.
- Train and mentor colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide outstanding service.
- Collaborate with the store manager and company-wide general manager to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including improving store cleanliness and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Monitor and address any issues that may arise during your shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
