About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at SCHMID. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving innovative technology developments for complex products in the area of machine and plant engineering. You will work closely with our R&D and Engineering departments to design and develop new products, as well as enhance existing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategies to meet market and customer requirements
  • Lead project teams to design and develop new products and enhance existing equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and threats
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in the field of PCB and semiconductor manufacturing
  • Knowledge of wet processes, preferably etch and surface processes and/or deposition processes for the manufacture of PCBs or semiconductors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
