About the Role

As a Senior Corporate Counsel, Prime Video, you will serve as primary legal support for various teams within the Prime Video business. You will be a legal and thought partner for the business on day-to-day matters as well as long-term strategic issues. Your responsibilities will include structuring, drafting and negotiating complex distribution, development, licensing, production and other commercial agreements. You will also research, advise, and develop expertise on new product initiatives and regulatory matters that impact your business.

Key Responsibilities
- Structuring, drafting and negotiating complex distribution, development, licensing, production and other commercial agreements
- Advise business across a range of fields, including intellectual property, new product initiatives, marketing and regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Lawyer fully qualified in Germany with outstanding academic and legal qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' post-qualification legal experience
- Transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
