About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Counsel to join our Prime Video team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of entertainment and commerce at Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements with production companies, studios, and other business partners.
  • Providing legal advice and support to various teams within the Prime Video business, including intellectual property, new product initiatives, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
A Day in the Life

You will serve as primary legal support for various teams within the Prime Video business, working closely with business colleagues to drive strategic content deals and manage existing commercial relationships.

As a Corporate Counsel, you will own drafting, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements, as well as researching and advising on new product initiatives and regulatory matters that impact your business.

Requirements
  • Lawyer fully qualified in Germany with outstanding academic and legal qualifications.
  • Minimum 2+ years' post-qualification legal experience.
  • Transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
