Retail Training Manager

Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is seeking a Retail Training Manager to join their team in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve existing channel marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement new channel marketing strategies to target specific channels and promote products and services.
  • Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Determine the most effective advertising platforms and adapt campaigns accordingly.
  • Measure and report the impact of marketing strategies to inform future decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments to deploy channel marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for the acquisition, application, and use management of national marketing and joint marketing to continuously improve ROI.
  • Responsible for the Retail visual strategy output, including field store image, POSM, display, and ensuring branding consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of store marketing and current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Other EU languages are a plus.
