Strategic Human Resources Business Partner for FL Technics Wheels

FL Technics Wheels & Brakes GmbH, a leading provider of tailor-made services for aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), is seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Hanover, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with German employment laws and regulations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in human resources roles. They should possess strong understanding of German employment laws and regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Manage employee relations issues by providing guidance, counseling, and resolution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Stay updated on relevant German employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources roles, with exposure to various HR functions.
  • Strong understanding of German employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent communication in English.
